I just had the best meal at Ruh's Kitchen in Mateca, California! The owner Manbir exudes warmth and kindness, taking the time to guide us through the menu to ensure we enjoyed the best flavors available. As someone visiting from Canada, I was blown away by the quality and quantity of the food—it really surpassed all my expectations. The customer service was top-notch, making the whole experience even better. If you're looking for an amazing food experience, I can’t recommend Ruh's Kitchen enough! Must try Malai chaap, Amritsari kulcha, Chicken Tikka

Best Indian food in Manteca, 209. I tried their Daal tadka, garlic naan , Malayi chaap, mint mojito and paneer wrap. Everything was amazing. This is our go to place for family dine in and takeouts. They have a very clean dinning area as well. Staff is very friendly.

I recently ordered from Ruhs Kitchen, and everything was amazing! The food was full of flavor and perfectly prepared. The Noodle Burger was delicious. The Chaat Papri was just as good —full of vibrant, tangy flavors that were perfectly balanced. Overall, everything was fresh, tasty, and satisfying. I highly recommend Ruhs Kitchen for anyone looking for something different and delicious!

The best Amritsari kulcha we ever had in USA, I mean who knows Amritsari kulcha better then a Amritsaria himself. The flavors and aroma took me back to Pehlwan kulcha, Ashoki Ranjit avenue or MK special kulcha.

If you're looking for an unforgettable Indian food experience, look no further than RUH’s Kitchen and their Amritsari Kulcha! I recently tried this dish, and it absolutely blew me away. The kulcha was perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside, and stuffed with a delicious spiced potato filling. It was served piping hot with a side of tangy pickles and cooling raita, making each bite an explosion of flavors. The spices were well-balanced, and you could tell it was made with love and authenticity. The staff was also incredibly friendly, and the service was quick. I’ll definitely be coming back for more of these mouthwatering Amritsari Kulchas! Highly recommend this food truck for anyone looking to try something truly special!

I recently checked out this spot after a friend recommended this place, and I’m so glad I tried it! The Chicken Tikka, Noodle Burger, and Tandoori Chaap were all amazing, and the Mint Mojito hit the spot. The staff was super friendly too. Plus, they have a nice family-friendly seating area. Definitely coming back!!

Best in the area, its like i am back in Amritsar. All i can say Its not your ordinary food truck because their flavours and taste is very authentic and they kept the place very clean and hygenic. The service and food was very amazing and there prices are very reasonable. They also got the dining place for family. Will be back to try more.
